Terms, delivery and refund

Delivery

• The download unlocks immediately on the thank-you page and is e-mailed to the address given at payment.
• The link allows up to 5 downloads for this version. Lost it? Use the confirmation e-mail or request a resend — access belongs to the buyer.
• The product is a digital file (a skill in .zip), with no physical shipping and no subscription: it is a one-time payment.

Refund

• 7 days from the purchase, per art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code for purchases made outside a store.
• Just e-mail us from the address used to buy; the full amount is refunded through the same payment method, no justification needed.
• After 7 days there is no refund — but support keeps helping you use it.

License

• Personal and commercial use in your own projects (including client projects), by one person or a team of a single company.
• Reselling, redistributing in your own package or publishing the content as your own is not allowed. For redistribution, talk to us.
• No guarantee of fitness for a specific case: tools are delivered as is, with the testing documented in the package.

Payment and data

• Payment is processed by Stripe — no card data touches this server. Prices are in Brazilian real (BRL).
• We keep only what is needed to deliver and support: e-mail, product, amount, date and payment session id.
• No account. Asking for the free skill adds your e-mail to the tips list — every message carries an unsubscribe link and removal is immediate. Data-deletion requests by e-mail are honored too.
